Simply fill out the form below to start a complimentary return or exchange. We'll promptly respond with a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure that returned products are in unworn condition.
- In order to take the U turn, Products and packaging should be unworn and in perfect condition. Our quality control department will inspect every item that is returned to us to confirm eligibility for an exchange or refund.
- You can return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items that don't meet our stated conditions of returns.

Our representatives will e-mail you a Return Label, with it you will need to take your items to your nearest drop off point.
Once we receive the products, our team will verify them and inform the representative in charge of your case. If everything is ok we will proceed with your request and update you over an e-mail.

Our return policy allows for the return of any product that remains unworn and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date, as indicated on your tracking information.
Upon receipt of the return, our quality control department will assess the item to ensure it remains unworn and in pristine condition. Subsequently, we will proceed to either dispatch a new product to you or facilitate a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
Please note that this policy does not extend to worn items or factory seconds products.
With each monthly batch, we reserve a small stock of items to accommodate size and style exchanges. However, please be aware that if the exact style is unavailable, we may need to produce it from scratch, which could impact delivery times. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the exact item you desire in the shortest time possible. Once the exchange request is received, we will confirm it within two business days. Following confirmation, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the expected delivery date of your new shoe.
The refund will be processed within two business days of confirming that the product remains unworn. Please note that the timeframe for refund processing varies among credit card companies. Typically, you can anticipate the refund to reflect in your account within two to five business days after it has been issued to the credit card. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, there may have been an issue during the processing. Kindly reach out to our Customer Happiness team immediately, and we will investigate the matter for you.
We'll provide you with an extra 20% of your initial purchase value as store credit, which you can apply to any future purchases. This store credit will be delivered to your email as a gift card and has no expiration date.
Returns within the contiguous United States are complimentary. You will receive a prepaid return label via email, simplifying the process. You can either schedule a pickup or drop off the package at a FedEx store at your convenience.
